Don’t doubt to spend a moment of pleasure and relax in Los Cabos, México to return to their daily activities renewed.

If a visit to Los Cabos sounds attractive and you don’t mind some heat, plan a trip soon-ish, there are so many things to do and to know like in high season, but a better prices. The rays are ramping up as you read this, and by June and July, the temperatures should be in the mid-90s, with humidity around 68%. Summertime in Cabo may come with its discomforts, but if you do it right, you can get a great trip for nicely discounted rates. What I would do: consider a visit during this time your total-relaxation vacation. Don’t plan too many day trips. Instead, think lounging around with brightly colored cocktails; spa sessions interspersed with cold-water plunges; room service; and lots and lots of swimming-pool soaking (the closer your room to the pool’s edge, the better).

In fact, if luxury resorts are up your alley, consider Desire Resort and Spa Los Cabos, ranked No. 6 in Conde Naste Traveler’s Best Hotel Pools list. In San josé del Cabo, Desire Resort and Spa rates are about 15% lower than usual from May 28 to October 17, 2008.Deals: The lowest-price room, a garden-view junior suite, runs $290 per night (pre-tax), based on double occupancy, during that low-season period, compared with its high-season tag of $350 according a note in travellatimes.com.

But you can find rooms — at resorts with pools, cocktails, a spa and the works — for far less money. Not long ago, I stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (pictured), where rooms in June are available for as low as $162 per night (pre-tax), and its two-level main pool with swim-up bar and gorgeous sea view suited me just fine.
